Why do I see a Verify My Identity prompt when trying to check messages?

To ensure the safety of all our users we verify the identity of any user who places a free advert on TheHouseShop.com.

A private seller, therefore, will not be able to view enquiries on their property until they have completed the verification process.

TheHouseShop.com is a property marketplace that allows agents and individuals to list their homes to let and for sale for free. All landlords are verified to ensure that they own the property they are advertising with us.

Cannot verify my account. I have an enquiry for my property which I cannot reply to and no one is in the office to help me.
