A full tenant reference check shouldn’t usually take more than 48 hours once we have received permission from the tenants to perform the checks and have been given all the appropriate documents.

It may take longer to get the results of the reference if the tenant’s previous landlord or employer does not respond quickly. 

A basic tenant reference usually takes an hour to complete once we have received permission from the tenants to perform the checks.
