Following the challenges imposed by COVID 19 in 2020, we made the decision to close our offices to protect our staff and their families. 

Since March 2020, all our staff are working from home and will continue to work from home until it is safe to return to our offices. 

To protect their privacy, we have disabled our inbound telephone lines. We have added a lot of resources in our HELP CENTRE to allow our users to find the answer they need. 95% of the users will find the answer to their question using the HELP CENTRE. 

You can always contact the support team by leaving us a message using the HELP button at the bottom left of your screen. Your case will be assigned to one of our team members and you will receive a response within 2 working days. If they are unable to assist you by email, they may contact you over the phone to help you further.
