There are two ways that you can unsubscribe from property alerts. 

1. Log into your account
2. Click on "My Searches and Alert" on the left-hand side menu 
3. You can edit, delete or turn ON/OFF each alert

How to update the frequency of the emails?  

In the property alert email itself, there is a link that lets you unsubscribe and is labeled "change alert frequency". 

This link isn't obvious at first so please see the attached image for an example.
